Evaluation Planning

Before beginning my evaluations I planned everything I wanted to cover in each evaluation, by doing so this aided in having a clear focus as to what was relevant rather than speaking spontaneously and going on a tangent.
In addition to  this the planning will help me expand on particular elements i want to cover.
